The cafe business in Indonesia is increasingly increased its growth. This a field for activists. Surely has own marketing system or what we can call Marketing Mix. purpose of this study to identify the implementation strategies cafes Indonesia, especially Surabaya. research uses qualitative methods, namely through observation, document and interviews with several relevant informants. results indicate that Cafe Jolly Coffee Surabaya strategy which I believe appropriate attract consumer interest also used compete sector.
